2.Inspect the site before cooling down and pay attention to cleaning the machine

3.Strengthen the insulation effect of the pipeline

  Pipeline thermal insulation is very important for engineering quality,many dealers are aware of the importance of pipeline thermal insulation.The temperature of the exposed water pipe will drop in the low external environment.Dealers who did not keep warm for the pipeline before should put on"clothes"for the pipeline as soon as possible,wear clothes,the pipe will be warm,the water in the pipeline will not fall.

4.Keep the heat pump and system energized

5.Drain water when not in use

  If the air source heat pump does not run in winter or needs a long shutdown,such as long-term out of the unit is not often used,the unit,water pumps,outdoor pipeline should be all empty,in case the unit is frozen,and cut off the power supply.Then the air source heat pump system should be fully checked to make sure there is no failure.

6.The condensed water should be properly treated

  Air source heat pump in heating has a lot of cold and heat changes,so in the process of heating,there will undoubtedly be a lot of condensed water emissions.

  Water flows downwards is known to all,if a slight negligence in the condensed water discharge,then the condensed water through the pipe to the outside,will flow to the ground,the temperature is below freezing,ice condensation water easily,have the potential to drain frozen,and then along the drain climbing,finally led to the normal operation of the equipment.

  And for the rural users of"coal to electricity",because the main engine is installed in the roadside or in the hospital,the disorderly discharge of condensed water,it is likely to cause the road surface smooth,and then lead to pedestrian walking fall down injury,resulting in unnecessary economic losses.So condensate water pipeline location must be reasonable design,oneself also do not regularly clean condensate water.

7.Timely remove debris and snow around the heat pump

  If the installation location of the heat pump is not ventilated well,it will affect the heating effect of the heat pump,so more cleaning should be done.It should also be noted that what is blown out by the main engine fan is cold air.If there is debris blocking in front,it will affect the exhaust of cold air,which will lead to insufficient heat in the air and affect the heating effect.If there is too much snow,it should be cleared away in time.

8.If the host is frosted,thoroughly frosting is required

  In winter,the main engine must thoroughly frost,if the frost is not completely,start the main engine,will make the main engine ice,and will be more and more knot,into a vicious cycle,leading to the main engine can not work normally.Unit frost,nothing but normal and abnormal two states.

  Record the actual frost process

  Normal frosting.When the outdoor temperature is lower than 0℃in winter,the heating operation time is long,and the surface of the whole heat exchanger of the outdoor unit is evenly frosted,which is a normal phenomenon.The reason is that when the temperature of the heat exchanger is lower than the dew point of the ambient air,condensation water will be generated on the surface of the radiator on the whole heat exchanger.When the ambient air temperature is 0℃,condensation water will condense into a thin frost.Of course,serious frost will affect the heating effect of the machine.General heat pump products have automatic frost function,to ensure the normal operation of the unit.

  Abnormal frosting,which is the main reason for the failure of air operation,is also the place that all dealers must pay high attention to.

  The judgment steps and exclusion methods are as follows:

  First of all,check whether the Settings are correct,whether the setting of frosting start time,starting temperature,frosting time and frosting end temperature are reasonable.Under normal circumstances,the starting temperature of defrosting is 2~4℃,the interval time of defrosting is 30~45 minutes,and the ending temperature of defrosting is generally about 10℃.Check to see if these Settings are reasonable,then proceed to the next step.
